Yhd-12.3095 Sustainable Communication L/P (2ECTS)
Objectives: Understand how to behave constructively in different
cultures and multicultural working environments.
Contents: In this course we learn and practice enriching dynamics in
different cultures and multicultural working environments. We work to
understand the ways of interaction, which are likely to release human
and cultural diversity to creative collaboration. The course includes
idea breaks provided by the visitors from different cultures as well
as idea breaks of systems thinking, complexity, dialogue, team
dynamics and participants own experiences. We use interactive sessions
and group works to practice successful communication, facilitation and
organizing workshops in different cultures.

Course is part of multidisciplinary Sustainable Global
Technolgies-programme ( http://global.tkk.fi ) and can be included to
master's degree as part of the SGT-module (C-module). Course suits
also for Ph.D. students and other master's students of all disciplines.
